Do we sell personal information?

We do not sell your personal information for money. When you submit a request, we share the details you provide with independent local service contractors so they can contact you about that request. Under some state privacy laws, this sharing may be treated as a “sale” or as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time.

How to opt out

Email info@neighborlypestcontrol.pro with the subject line “Privacy Request”, call (833) 767-1726, or write to us at 33 Irving Pl, New York, NY 10003. Include the first name, last name, phone number, and email address you used so we can locate your record. Opting out means we will stop sharing your information with contractors, which also means we will not be able to connect you with a provider.

Other requests you can make

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Request details about the categories of information we disclosed and to whom.
• Stop calls, texts, or emails from us.

Verification and timing

We verify requests using the contact details on file. We acknowledge requests promptly and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, generally within 45 days, with one extension where permitted. There is no fee for a request unless it is excessive or repetitive.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request. We may ask the agent for written permission signed by you and may ask you to verify your identity directly.

Non-discrimination

We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.

Stopping text messages

Reply STOP to any text message from us to stop further messages, or reply HELP for assistance. You can also email info@neighborlypestcontrol.pro to revoke consent to calls and texts.
